Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and correct it.

To be eligible for potential refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at customerservice@unlabeledshop.com and notify us of the damage with proof of damage.

Unlabeled is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged due to shipping. please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your defective item claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Further instructions will then be provided to you.
